Evangeline Petrakis is not your average 21-year-old from New York, which you will soon learn. It started out with tie-dye apparel marketed on Instagram to followers, which she started out of her garage, and it has turned into a multi-million dollar jewelry business.
In 2023, MoneyControl reported that Petrakis recorded over $1 million in sales, and this year she has already exceeded $3.1 million thanks to her online presence with over 921,000 followers on Instagram alone.
It All Started During the Pandemic…
Back in 2020 during the pandemic, Evangeline Petrakis launched a business selling tie-dye apparel that she “started out of pure boredom.” At the time, she was only 16 years old.
This is how it started. Petrakis uploaded her first videos in April 2020 to YouTube — “My Jewelry Collection” & “Get Ready With Me — for Nothing” which went viral and gained her thousands of new subscribers.
